1. Information We Collect
This Privacy Policy explains how employed. (the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the App, related waitlist pages, and account features.
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address that you voluntarily submit.
When you create an Account or use the App, we may collect Account credentials and authentication identifiers, username, selected track, lesson and puzzle progress, daily challenge activity, global and linked challenge attempts, raw answers and scoring results, XP, streaks, levels, badges, skill ratings, leaderboard information, friend relationships, reported-question activity, purchase entitlement status, and similar App usage data.
If you enable reminders, notification preferences may be stored locally on your device. Push notification permissions are controlled by iOS and your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use Personal Information and App usage data to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App; save and sync progress; authenticate Accounts; grade challenge attempts; display friends and global leaderboards; process reported questions; manage waitlist communications; and provide customer support.
We use purchase entitlement status to determine whether a User has access to paid features such as QUANT, extra practice modes, unlimited sessions, unlimited lessons, pro-only puzzles, missed-question review, and streak freezes. Apple handles Apple App Store billing, payment credentials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and refund requests.
3. Service Providers
The App uses trusted third-party Service Providers for authentication, database hosting, infrastructure, analytics, crash diagnostics, account storage, and related operational functions. These Service Providers process information only as needed to support the App.
We do not sell Personal Information.
4. Your Choices And Rights
You may disable notifications in iOS settings or inside the App where supported.
You may request Account deletion from the App settings. Account deletion removes App data associated with that Account, subject to operational backups, fraud-prevention needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business or Legal Requirements.

5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Do not use the App or submit Personal Information if you are under 13.
6. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable Legal Requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
