Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of employed. (the "App"), including related waitlist pages, Account features, practice content, subscriptions, purchases, and other services made available through the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your Account.

The App provides interview-preparation practice for SWE, coding, quant, and trading-style interviews, including daily challenges, global challenges, linked challenge attempts, practice modes, puzzles, lessons, progress tracking, streaks, ratings, leaderboards, and related educational features.

The App is provided for educational and practice purposes only. The App does not guarantee interviews, admissions, job offers, compensation, hiring outcomes, trading results, or any other professional outcome.

The free tier may include one CODING daily challenge per day, global daily challenge access, starter lesson access where available, progress and streak tracking, friends and global leaderboards, and a limited 7-day trial for one extra mode use per day across QUICKFIRE, PRECISION, and DEEP_THINK.

Paid products may unlock QUANT access, extra practice modes including REGULAR, QUICKFIRE, PRECISION, DEEP_THINK, and REVIEW, unlimited sessions, unlimited lessons, pro-only puzzles, missed-question review, streak freezes, and other features described in the App.

Feature availability, pricing, packaging, eligibility, and promotional offers may change from time to time.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed by Apple through the Apple App Store. Apple is responsible for processing payment details, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS settings. Deleting the App or deleting your Account may not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription.

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with or disrupt App infrastructure, scrape or copy App content at scale, bypass payment or entitlement controls, submit abusive or fraudulent reports, reverse engineer protected portions of the App, or use the App in any manner that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe an Account has been used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

The App, including its questions, explanations, lessons, designs, software, trademarks, trade dress, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by employed. or its licensors and is protected by Intellectual Property Rights and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for your personal, lawful, non-commercial practice and study.

You retain ownership of information you submit to the App, but you grant us a limited license to use that information as necessary to operate the App, provide support, process reports, improve App quality, enforce these Terms, and comply with Legal Requirements.

You may request Account deletion from the App settings. Account deletion removes App data linked to your Account, subject to operational backups, fraud-prevention needs, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and other legitimate business or Legal Requirements.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, employed. and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and Service Providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the App or these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the App changes or as Legal Requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
